About KMBC Marine Group

Our story

KMBC Marine Group is a commercial passenger vessel dealer built for charter operators, by charter operators.

Born out of real-world demand from operating one of the largest charter fleets in the Midwest, KMBC Marine Group was created to solve a problem we knew firsthand: rising vessel costs, limited supply, and a lack of purpose-built commercial boats designed specifically for high-volume charter operations.

To address this, we developed and now exclusively market our proprietary Montauk power catamaran design—engineered for durability, efficiency, and maximum passenger capacity under USCG COI regulations.

Our Model

KMBC Marine Group operates as the dealer and commercialization arm for our IP-protected designs, working in direct partnership with A&M Manufacturing, the builder responsible for construction and warranties.

This structure allows us to contract at scale, secure wholesale pricing, control supply, and deliver highly competitive pricing to operators—without compromising build quality or compliance.

We operate transparently and proudly as an independent dealer in partnership with A&M Manufacturing, ensuring clarity, accountability, and long-term support for our clients.

Designed for Growth

Our flagship Montauk platform currently supports USCG-certified commercial operations and will continue to expand:

  • Single-level power catamaran (available now)

  • Flybridge / double-deck configuration (launching soon)

  • 150–200 passenger commercial vessels (planned for 2026)

Each model is developed with operator efficiency, guest experience, and regulatory compliance at the forefront.

Built for the Charter Industry

Unlike traditional manufacturers, we don’t design boats in a vacuum. Every vessel we sell is informed by years of operational experience—maintenance realities, turnaround times, crew workflows, passenger comfort, and revenue optimization.

We also maintain a strict separation of roles:

  • A&M Manufacturing does not sell our IP designs directly

  • Leads are referred between parties to ensure alignment, transparency, and focus

  • Fully custom builds outside our IP are directed to A&M Manufacturing when appropriate
